Dethatching
Our dethatching service includes us going through the yard with rakes mounted to our mowers, this loosens up the thatch, then we suck it up with our mowers and baggers. Once we are finished, we haul the thatch away to an off-site location.
Fall Cleanup
Our fall cleanup includes removing leaves out of mulch/rock/flower beds the best we can, removing leaves from the patio/sidewalks/driveway, and then removing the leaves from all maintained lawn areas, Once complete, we haul the leaves away to an off-site location.

Aeration Services
In aeration, we pull plugs out of the lawn, which greatly helps reduce soil compaction, promotes healthy root growth, reduces thatch and bare patches, and improves oxygen, water, and nutrient movement in the soil. These benefits would greatly enhance your lawn's health. We also offer overseeding with this service!
Gypsum Application
Gypsum Application is a service where we spread a granular gypsum treatment over your lawn, which allows for a slow release of sulfur into the soil. Have you noticed areas of your turf not having the ability to sprout new grass seed? Have you noticed uneven greening-up of the turf? Are you already watering, and fertilizing, but not getting the results you’re looking for? You likely have an unbalanced pH level of your soil, and we recommend looking into a Gypsum application.
